The numbers are binairy. When you translate them you get numbers. The upper says 'late' and arrow pointing to the word late. The lower should say 'chat'

Click on the clue. In the url it says cfalse, change it in ctrue. Now look in the source of this page, and you find the url for 35 marked in green. For FireFox users it's crtl+u to see source.

Flip the image horizontally then vertically. Then study the japonese letters. forget the rest of the picture, just focus on the letters and you should see a word
