Washington. :D damn passcode.. the rest was easy.. grrrrrrr. haha.. out of curiosity... why do you enter this house just to escape it? and why can't i just go back out the front door?

Comment 18, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:40:00 AM

Ariel

:
okokok... now I'm at the passcode, too! *whew*

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Are we using the books and the symbols on the wall to come up with something?

Comment 19, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:47:00 AM

Stuart

:
I found this...

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
If you rub the books, words appear differently each time

Comment 20, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:48:00 AM

Ariel

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Rub??

Comment 21, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:49:00 AM

Dude

:
no it doesnt....

what am i supposed to do with the damn clocks!!! :)

Comment 22, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:50:00 AM

Solix

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
you get the same words each time.. but they appear in a different order... and you see the 2 symbols that stick out where it names all the planets? i was thinking take the letters from those 2 books.. so you have 4 of the 6 letters.. and before you entered the house... it had "el" on the window.. so maybe unscramble those 6 letters? havent came up with anything yet tho...

Comment 23, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:51:00 AM

Ariel

:
Dude...

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
think standard puzzle-fare... getting from one place to another, perhaps?

Comment 24, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:52:00 AM

Solix

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the 6 letters im fighting with is "taogel"

Comment 25, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:53:00 AM

Ariel

:
Solix...

1.
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
where does it name all the planets??

2.
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
I thought the writing in the window was 19... and didn't see how that helped. "el" or "le" makes more sense!!

Comment 26, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:56:00 AM

Solix

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
to the right of the water thing.. there is a candle.. click above that.

Comment 27, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:58:00 AM

Dude

:
bah.. that was stupid. i forgot water cant flow "upwards" :)

now for the passcode...

Comment 28, Friday, January 20th 2006 08:59:00 AM

Dude

:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Notice it says 6 letters in the top left corner of the passcode page.

I tried
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
gelato
based on Solix's word. :P

Comment 29, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:02:00 AM

Solix

:
this is tough.. there has to be a reason you can clear the books... that clear button can't be there for no reason.. and if it is... then i hate whoever made this game.

Comment 30, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:04:00 AM

Ann

:
I tried.....
<going to this website to unscramble the letters http://www.unscramble.net/modules.php?name=Unscramble
- got legato, didn't work>

Comment 31, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:05:00 AM

Solix

:
lol.. same here... ; ) on a new path now. this better work!

Comment 32, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:06:00 AM

Ariel

:
Ok... with the books....

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
I can get them to all have letters and read 'trenchcoat'. Then, if I clear, I can get 4 books to show STGE... add the EL... that's 6 letters that I can't make into a word!

*sigh

Comment 33, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:08:00 AM

Stuart

:
Did everybody get...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Trenchcoat Astrologer

Comment 34, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:08:00 AM

Ben

:
i think you have to click the books according to the solar system planets

Comment 35, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:09:00 AM

Dude

:
what? how?

When i clear, everything disappears! :)

Comment 36, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:09:00 AM

Solix

:
this probably wont help but...
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
when you click the first 6 books.. the order of the planets is
1.earth
2.venus
3.uranus
4.neptune
5.pluto
6.sun

Comment 37, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:16:00 AM

Ariel

:
Ok...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
does it have to do with the code next to the other candle???

Comment 38, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:17:00 AM

Solix

:
ahhhhhh! probably. i never found that.. yay! new things to try!

Comment 39, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:18:00 AM

Ann

:
still can't get it

Comment 40, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:20:00 AM

Chrissy

:
Not sure it this requires a spoiler tag but I get so worried about ruining the game for anyone lol

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
I got the "clock" things in the right order and the line appeared, got the ball to flow out of the tanks, but nothing happened. Anyone have any ideas?

Comment 41, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:20:00 AM

Ariel

:
I think I'm getting close!!

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
What planets are missing from the pattern? What 2 letters are associated with each from the books? that's 4, plus the "EL" from the window...

So... N R E T E L ??

Comment 42, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:20:00 AM

Chrissy

:
Ah I think I know what happened now.

Comment 43, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:21:00 AM

Solix

:
c'mon ariel.. im waiting for you to get the password.. so i can steal it from you!!

Comment 44, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:25:00 AM

Ariel

:
Uh-oh... have I mentioned that I'm not a very good p'n'c-er? But so far this is fun.

I think I've mis-understood the clue... 'cause those 6 letters don't make a word, I don't think....

Comment 45, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:26:00 AM

Stuart

:
I think it has something to do with the order in which you click the books. Still testing that out though...

Comment 46, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:28:00 AM

Solix

:
ok.. time to start guessing every 6 letter combination there is!

Comment 47, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:32:00 AM

Ariel

:
Solix/Graeme/Stuart... and anyone else stuck on the password...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Could it have something to do with the COLOR of the symbols on the code wall - rather than, or in conjunction with, with planetary order?

Have I gone way too far?? I'm starting to feel like I'm barking up the wrong tree! And what about the letters on the window???

Comment 48, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:32:00 AM

Chrissy

:
whats with the walls with the coloured writting on them???

Comment 49, Friday, January 20th 2006 09:32:00 AM

Ann

:
it's 1:35am and I am not going to be able to sleep until this is solved...but I am stuck :(
