You can choose diff. people and at one point it shows a murder or something...I dont like the extra window frame below the game

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
after you've looked at the two bodies, and in the same view, click on the drawers marked with the letters, you will get a box where you need to choose which person you want to look up. Look them both up and get the number associated with them. Go back out to the larger view of the lettered drawers and click on them. You will then be given the option of entering a code. Enter one code at a time and you will be given things (i found a rope, keys, spray can of some kind and sunglasses). Then you can go into the vent. However, I can't seem to get the box out of them vent. I'm stuck now.

after you flood the bathroom, go outside, talk to the painter, get him to leave. Use one of your keys to go into the room behind the door. Listen to the answering machine. It says something about diamonds hidden in the cemetary (I speak a variation of slavik, and could get that much). Go back out of the room and down the stairs. You will find yourself in the cemetary. open one of the graves, flies will come out. Spray them with the can and they go away. Reach in the grave, use the other key to open the safe. End of game

make sure you look at everything, when I went down it took me straight into the cemetary. Did you grab the ball off the top of the stairs and throw it at the plant? There is a key in the plant.

:"poviem pravdu" means "i'll tell them the truth" (i'm pretty sure) and by the way it's in slovak and not in czech

but (displaying my ignorance) i thought that Slovak and Czech were the same language, just that one was written in Cyrillic and the other in Roman letters? or am i thinking of some other languages?

Czech and Slovak are both in Roman letters, they are very similar but some words are different. 15 years ago it was one country - Czechoslovakia but now it is separate.
Raphael was a member of a gang who stole some really expensive diamond. But Jason and some other guys started shooting on him and took the diamond. Jason died and his frieds fled with the stone - they dont know that Jason is dead. Raphael wakes up at the morgue and start to looking for the hidden diamond. In the end you will find out that Jasons friends hide it in the graveyard - that is the message on the phone in Jasons apartment. And you cant tell that old lady truth because you are gang member and killed Jason so they put you in the jail.
