Never-Ending Riddle
Currently the Never-Ending Riddle doesn't quite live up to it's name as there are only 5 levels (including the root), but the idea is that the puzzle grows daily with players puzzle submissions - so why not pop over and see if you can solve the exisiting levels, then put your thinking hat firmly on your head and come up with your own new level? Quite a cool idea if it takes off [subbed and created by MikeJ].

If there's a way to do the first without literally cutting it up and pasting it back together. . . yuck.

yeah, i don't understand the one marked 2 either...

some thoughts (not really spoilers but guesses...)

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

it's a wrap and point of no return make me think that we're looking for something in a line which doesn't have an enter, in other words, it wraps around to the next line, but i'm not clear on how to determine that. and that x in the middle of the binary code is messin' with me too. help?

Comment 11, Thursday, November 17th 2005 07:37:00 PM

:
For #2:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Point of no return means that you don't want any returns (i.e. remove them all)

I hope that helped

"Missing"

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
For the "missing" level, figure out where each line comes from, then change the url to what is missing

okay Atrophied

that helped a bit but

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
i've figured out they are all songs lyrics (right?) but they aren't all by the same person.....so i'm confused does it have to do with the HUGE space between the last two lines?

Atrophied what do you mean remove the returns? Also does "it's a wrap" refer to word wrap?

Lonnie...missed something? That's the point, really. Something is missing.

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
Put them in order...which in the series is missing? Try writing that out in the URL

SB...what you have is, I believe...

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
the dimensions of the text you need once you transfer all those M's, etc. into Wordpad
Once you do that, you get a message about what to do in the URL.
