Ma Langue Au Chat
I totally loved the retro music and graphics on this one, but I'll hand over to Nadif, who submitted the link, for a much better description:

"Another sweet point'n'click from the guys who did "L'Affaire Lectron", in the same style: wonderful retro graphics, lots of talking and a notebook. And yes, this one too is in French. And a little bit less easy to complete than Affair Lectron, since the hints on the notebook are less obvious (more words, less numbers) and there is a time limit. The story itself is quite bizarre: apparently (hey, I do NOT really speak French) it's an investigation about the disappearence of all the cats from the city of Nantes. The player, as Martine Soublie, a Betty Boop-ish female investigator, must collect hints and solve the case before all the cats are gone (yes, the time countdown is provided in form of a counter saying "there are only xxxxx cats left in Nantes). I guess this will either attract to your site a lot of French players, or give all the english-speaking regulars an unforgettable headache. Or both."

*Ouch* Headache indeed. Thanks for such a great link though.

AnnaNever: the truck will appear on the right side of the screen, where you first meet the, uh, nomad guy or whatever he is. Now, you have to speak with this guy ONCE before you find out the cat-killing thing, but ONLY once: if you speak with him twice in the beginning, apparently you won't be able to find the truck later.
Also, did you speak witn the pet shop guy for the second time? And with the siamese twins?

I did the following:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
talk to the woman in the shopping mall. she has a cat coat.
go to the animal shop, talk to the owner twice. go to th harbour and talk o the gitanes (traveller) talk to the woman (prostitute). The shop that was closed in the shopping mall will open up. Talk to the siamese twins. Go to the cafe on the square (with the prostitute). the cafe on the left will give you the number
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
6666

go to the shopping mall and get phone thingie (on the left) push in the code. search the appartment and find key. Go to the gardens and the locked gate there. be shocked by the machine.
Now go back to the harbour. on the right by the gitanes there's a truck. click it.
go to map and go to new location. the place on the right will trigger a scene. and you live happily ever after>
