3 Wish Rat

In the saga of point'n'click games first there was the era of "escape the room", then there was the era of the film tie-in, and now there is the era of the cute comic caper. Maybe anyway. There's lots of cute games today and the 3 Wish Rat is a particularly good example. A lot harder than I was expecting when I first saw it [subbed by Hewitt, Ron, Justme & Kennymfk].

You have to click the paperclip behind his cage to the left then click the keyhole to get him out:)

Move to the ruler side, and if the jar is open, use the pen middle with the baloon and use the combined item on the bookcase.

Red string + Hook = fishing line. Catch a glove, use glove/string on the hook the ruler is on. Wheel glove over to bookcase, use pen middle on the baloon and use that on the bookcase to move it. Pop baloon with pen nib and fill the glove. Wheel it back over for reward.

Works here, the red string that was on the hook the ruler uses attaches to the brass hook from the drawer.

take the ruberbands from the drawer by using the fork.
combine ruberbands and the lid of the pen together.
click jar.
when the jar is open wheel glove to the jar.
Use pen nib and click baloon.
Contents inside jar fall.
Wheel glove back

MINIMAL HINTS:

* if you click on the mouse, you see her inventory. once you get some items in the inventory, explore them.
* get used to repetitious comments from the mouse.
* there's something she can reach from within the cage, before she can "first leave here."
* you can only use an object if it's highlighted in the circle in the corner.
* when you get a comment ("I did not understand"), it means that clicking there WILL be useful once you have the object you need highlighted. but you may need to customize the object first.
* collect everything you can reach. then try to use everything you couldn't collect, to customize the things you have.
* there is at least one thing you can reach that you might not notice.
* the fork is useful in more than one place.
* you end up using everything, and clicking everywhere at least once.

MAJOR SPOILERS
* the goal is to get to the seeds in the jar on the bookcase.
* to do that, you need something for the seeds to fall into, and you need some way to hang it under them.

* oh, and you have to take the lid off the jar -- but the mouse can't really reach the lid.
