Vastare
I'm rather liking the chilled soundtrack of Vastare, a more traditional point'n'click game than I've been posting of late. And by traditional I mean it's in English for a change. Sorry but that's the language that I speak so it makes life easier. Oh Dear. Check out the Brit. I'm apologising for speaking my own language now. I think I better have a nice cup of tea and sit down [thanks silmarien].

Emily: I honestly don't know how I did it. It was the only combination I hadn't tried, but I can't remember what it was. Unhelpful, I know, but true. I know I used the three rocks from the actual code, and that the order made -no- sense to me (tried it out of frustration), but I can't remember what the order -was-. Sorry!

Hey Fred...did you ever figure it out? I'm getting the same thing....I click on the small well and it keeps saying the well is empty after it says magic well device needs a code. Where do I enter the code? Anyone?

Three rocks in a pond: One of the other worlds tells you which 3 are of interest, but it doesn't put them in order! In your mind, number the rocks 1, 2, and 3 -- it doesn't matter which is which so long as you can keep 'em straight. (I used 1 for the longest one that I was supposed to use). Then it's trial and error ... put the rocks in the order 123 and then 132 and then 213 and then 312 and then 231 and then 321. One of those will be right (causing you to see an animation, and can't try again to put rocks into circles), it has to, otherwise you're using a wrong rock. Hope that helps!
And I thought learning permutations in math class would never be any use!

"Can you get yourself off of Vastare?" the question is, can I do anything besides click "play game" and be shown the exact same screen again?
