Whilst playing Hood 2 is totally appropriate for Halloween, but not for children, this isn't just another cheap Halloween spookfest, this is part of a longer, darkly comedic & creepelicious, adventure started in episode one
[subbed by f00 & Dov].

FOOTNOTES: Scroll down the linked page a little (quite a bit in fact) to find the game. If the game seemingly doesn't finish loading and you are stuck on a screen that says "SWF Loaded!" - just keep waiting - even though nothing appears to be happening, it does eventually finish loading. Select Language at the very start (in the bottom right of the game) to change to English and see the opening "story" in English. If you have already started playing and need to change language, select Function > Language > English from the bottom right menu.

As if being locked in a concrete basement wasn't spooky enough, the bland decor is a fright let me tell you, Concrete Basement Escape: Halloween also flings some more Halloweeny elements into the mix to make the game even more seasonally apropos [subbed by Gemini].

In attempt to feed your pathological urge to escape everything and anything you dip into the "Sea Museum" in the hope of getting trapped. Using one of your favorite techniques for getting trapped, the old "loose track of time, stay too late, and get locked in" routine, you find yourself (surprise, surprise) locked in the museum and now you have to make an improbably complicated Escape From Sea Museum. Please remember though, that once you are out it might be time to seek professional help for your escaping addiction. I know a guy. I can give you his name [subbed by Gemini].

Did you know that due to unions rules there are actually only two people, Ted & Charley, that supply all of the pumpkins for all of the point'n'click games in the world? It's true, and all of the work they do at Halloween time has to carry them through the rest of whole year, apart from the very niche market for vegetable based games in Turkmenistan, so make sure that you do Ted & Charley a favor, and play Haunted Resident Escape today. And whilst you're playing take a moment to stop and admire the pumpkins [subbed by f00].
