Hunting vigorously through the lazylaces archives for "point'n'click" unearthed the following results...

Escape From A Room With A VaseEscape From A Room With A Vase features a vase, in a room. The idea of the game is to escape from the room. Much more than this is unclear. How did you get into the room? We don't know. Maybe your vase collection was one short and walking passed the room this one caught your eye. As you entered room, reaching for the delicious vase, the door then swung shut, trapping you with the evil vase. At that point you suddenly remembered: you don't collect vases, you are allergic to vases. You're always getting those two mixed up. Now you must escape from the room before the vase stings you and you go into anaphylactic shock [subbed by f00].

Escape The Farm 6
Old MacDonald had an Escape The Farm 6,
Ee i ee i oh!
And on that farm he had some clicks,
Ee i ee i oh!
With a click-click here,
And a point-point there
Here a point, there a click,
Everywhere a click-click
Old MacDonald had an Escape The Farm 6, Ee i ee i oh!

Past
You play "Past" with the aide of a magic magnifying glass, which lets you see back in time, an ability which, it turns out, and Sherlock Holmes will testify, is a huge bonus in helping you to escape the room [subbed by subzero & f00].

Cool Puzzle Escape
The furnishings and music might be cool in Cool Puzzle Escape, oh yeah - *nice*, but the puzzles are just your same old normal gamershood puzzles, which you've seen a million times before. Some gamers will like that, some adventurers will hate it, but either way it's most decidedly not cool [subbed by anon].

Escape From Closed Apartment
The general consensus is that, whatever your opinion on the difficulty of "Escape From Closed Apartment", its way more difficult than the first attempt from the same game maker, "Escape From Open Apartment", in which you woke up in a strange apartment with an open door in front of you, and the only way to fail the game was to carefully not touch the mouse and to simply stare at the screen wishing you could escape... Water Temple 1
Don't be disheartened if the temple, building and/or civilization you have constructed falls into disrepair and eventually become flooded (I'm looking at you Atlantis), at least future generations will be able to have a point'n'click adventure around it, as in Water Temple 1, even if its original purpose has been forgotten forever. Just remember to include plenty of puzzles during the construction phase [subbed by fiona].

Asylum Rehash
The Asylum Rehash is larger than your average spooky adventure set in an abandoned asylum [subbed by Selfdefiant].

The Pied Pier Of Hamelin
The Pied Pier Of Hamelin. Not piper. Pier. Is an entertaining, if a little insane, diversion.

School Adventure Escape
In my head School Adventure Escape is a little like if you went to high school with Bruce & Jason and all the lessons involved side arms, blades or explosives. The school doesn't have a caretaker, it has a quartermaster, and the cafeteria only serves poison (much like any school). So quite possibly I should skip playing this game and watch The Expendables... again [subbed by f00 & charlie].

Memory Projections
Playing Memory Projections can be useful if you are forgetful, but I don't remember why [subbed by charlie].

Find The Escape-Men 15: The Pic-Yaki
Find the 10 little green men, do a little cooking, and then escape the room, in "Find The Escape-Men 15: The Pic-Yaki", a tasty little snack of a game [subbed fiona & subzero].

FOOTNOTES: This game seems to be a popular one today, so if at first the game does not load, and you get some form of "service temporarily unavailable" message, try to reload, reload some more, and then reload again.
